Gene Austin: New York Life - Insurance and Financial Products and Services
Gene Austin, Financial Services Professional

The one constant in life is Change. Are you concerned by recent changes that impact your financial strategies? How can we help?

As with most other things in life, the key to achieving your long-term financial objectives is planning. Your goal may be to fund your children’s college education, protect your family during your working years, or plan for a comfortable retirement. These things won’t happen by themself. It’s important to determine what you’d like to achieve financially and then map out a strategy that will help you meet those goals.

Of course, planning for your financial future can be a daunting task. Luckily, you don't have to do it alone. As a New York Life Insurance Company agent and as a Registered Representative of NYLIFE Securities LLC, Gene Austin can help you identify your financial needs and then map out and implement a strategy to help you meet your objectives. At New York Life, our mission is to provide financial security and peace of mind through our insurance and financial products. As a mutual insurance company that is owned by our customers, our overriding purpose is to be there when you need us.

Gene Austin has a wealth of experience and expertise that enables him to better serve your needs. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Florida A&M University. Gene holds the Series 6 and Series 63 registrations with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses. Prior to joining New York Life, Gene served as a bank industry regulator with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York with oversight responsibility for a portfolio of financial institutions totaling over $200 billion in assets, as a securities industry regulator with the NY Stock Exchange supervising the activities of several global brokerage conglomerates, and as a lending officer to Fortune 500 clients.
