Gene earned his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Florida A&M University. He holds the  Series 6 and Series 63 registrations with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses. Prior to joining New York Life, he served as a bank industry regulator with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and as a securities industry regulator with the NY Stock Exchange responsible for supervising the operations of various global financial conglomerates, and also as a corporate banker providing funding to various Fortune 500 clients. The wealth of experience he has in helping major corporations manage their risks enables him to better assist you in meeting your specific risk managment objectives.
